Duties/Responsibilities of Solar Installer:

• Install residential solar systems, including roof and ground-mounted arrays.
• Safely climb ladders and work on rooftops.
• Work efficiently in various weather conditions, including hot environments.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation.
• Assist in the setup, layout, and installation of solar systems.
• Work with the project team to ensure timely project completion.
• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Communicate with team members and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Key Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and processes.
• Prior experience in solar or construction is a plus, but not required.
• 1 year of solar installation experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided for motivated candidates.
