About the Position:

True Solar & Electric Inc. is actively seeking skilled, dedicated electricians to join our team. This role is ideal for those with a minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical work, particularly in solar panel installations, main panel upgrades, and battery storage systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of electrician experience
• Certification preferred
• Experience with battery installation
• Strong knowledge of solar panel systems, main panel upgrades, and general electrical tasks

Responsibilities:

• Install Solar Panel Systems: Conduct installations for both residential and commercial properties.
• Main Panel Upgrades: Perform upgrades that ensure all systems meet client specifications and code requirements.
• Battery Storage Systems: Install, configure, and test battery systems to support energy storage needs.
• Electrical System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, panels, transformers, and motors.
• Conduit and Wiring: Install, bend, and remove conduit to accommodate wiring needs; pull wiring through conduit and connect to circuit breakers, transformers, and outlets.
• Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation: Work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute installations with precision.
• Safety Compliance: Consistently adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Pay Transparency: 

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $30 to $45, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on the performance of duties and the candidate’s skill level.
