Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

  • We are seeking a diligent and organized Planner Coordinator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. This role is vital for ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and respond to 50+ emails daily
    • Coordinate with utility planners
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with utility companies and customers, including follow-ups
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage staff calendars
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
    • Handle incoming calls and other communications
    • Manage filing system and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
    • Maintain strong customer and partner relations

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
