Duties/Responsibilities of Solar Sales Professional:

  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Become knowledgeable in renewable energy, understanding their benefits for consumers.
  • Assist families in saving money through our customer-focused sales approach.
  • Confidently close contracts with new homes and families while gaining expertise in outside business development.
  • Establish relationships with customers by introducing them to our solar products.
  • Address customer inquiries and meet their needs effectively.
  • Prepare thoroughly for appointments with proposals, presentations, and energy audits.
  • Conduct persuasive, informative presentations tailored to each client, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales appointment and revenue targets.
  • Utilize CRM for managing leads and opportunities.
  • Keep detailed notes on client interactions in the CRM.
  • Discuss options with confidence and close contracts effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and generate referral sales.
  • Identify and pursue potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for each project.
  • Engage in company events for prospecting and sales generation.
  • Attend company training and meetings.
  • Network actively and seek engagement opportunities to build a client base.
  • Stay informed about the latest solar energy products, technologies, and financing options.

Job Type: Full-time
